Brenda is the founder of Goehring Coaching + Consulting Ltd. and brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects, spanning sustainability, communications, Indigenous relations, and inclusion and diversity. Her mission is to partner with professionals on their leadership journey, helping them to be effective and impactful within their organizations while also leading and developing their teams to align with their purpose and create value for their clients. Always scanning the horizon for best practice developments, Brenda brings an expansive and inspiring view to the Lighthouse Leadership Collective and its participants. Brenda is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and Systemic Team Coach.
