Her mission is to partner with professionals on their leadership journey, helping them to be effective and impactful within their organizations while also leading and developing their teams to align with their purpose and create value for their clients. Always scanning the horizon for best practice developments, Brenda brings an expansive and inspiring view to the Lighthouse Leadership Collective and its participants. Brenda is an Associate Certified Coach and has an Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching from the ICF.

Lisa is the founder of One World Education & Consulting Ltd. (dba True North Implementation) and is a recognized enterprise-level leader, implementer, and mentor, with deep expertise in strategy, systems, programs, and culture change implementation. Her work has been instrumental in enhancing physical and psychological safety and driving successful transformation in organizations across multiple industries. Lisa’s ability to build cross-functional teams and deliver lasting improvements makes her an invaluable partner for Lighthouse Leadership Collective participants. Lisa is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) with an Advanced Certificate in Psychological Health and Safety.
